Before Class

  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to check in. LATE RIDERS ARE NOT ADMITTED TO CLASS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • We have great rental shoes on hand - and your first time rentals are on the house!

  • Be sure to bring a water bottle! You will get sweaty during class, so it’s important to hydrate.

  • Don’t worry - our staff is well trained and will help you get the correct weights, properly set you up on the bike, and help you clip in for a great ride.


During Class

  • Each class is 45 minutes long.

  • Music is everything! We ride to the beat of the music, and your instructor will lead you through various movements for a full-body workout. FEAR NOT - the instructions will be clear, and you’ll be nailing the combos in no time!

  • Less is not more! Be sure to keep the resistance on the the wheel as instructed to prevent injuries and keep undue pressure off your joints.

  • Most importantly - have fun! We don’t take ourselves so damn seriously, and neither should you. Our studio is for everyone, and we will meet you where you are on your fitness journey.


After Class

  • We ask that you commit to the full 45-minute class and stick around for the cool down.

  • Towels, showers, blow dryers, and full amenities are provided.

  • Grab a treat or two! We offer 3 different Mcycle signature smoothies, Celsius Energy Drinks, King’s Peak Cold Brew Coffee, and Mama Chari Kombucha. We also carry custom Mcycle merchandise in our retail area.

  • Let us know about your class! Our instructors, staff and team members want the best for you. They can provide valuable recovery tips and tricks, and can also help you book your next class.
