At Mcycle, coaching is more than leading a workout - it’s about creating transformation, building connection, and holding space for people to show up exactly as they are and leave stronger. We train and work as a TEAM. Every ride inside our studio is powered by energy, intention, and leadership, and we’re excited to open the door for new voices ready to step into that role.
We are looking for a coach with professional experience but it’s not mandatory. If you’ve ever felt called to lead, inspire, and move a room - this could be your moment.

Location: Mcycle Studios | 355 West 400 South | Salt Lake City, UT
What to Bring
Please arrive at 3pm prepared with the following:
A current resume with references
A headshot
Two songs prepared, including your choice of drills and choreography
This is your opportunity to show us your style, your musicality, your presence, and how you connect with a room.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking knowledgeable professionals with a strong personality, presence, and a deep dedication to the craft of coaching and leadership.
At Mcycle, instructors are more than fitness leaders - they are community builders. They motivate, uplift, and create an experience that goes beyond the bike.
Experience is not mandatory, but it does carry significant weight in our selection process. What matters most is authenticity, coachability, work ethic, and a genuine desire to grow into a leader who positively impacts others both inside and outside the studio.
What This Audition Means
This audition does not guarantee placement on the teaching schedule.
Instead, selected candidates will receive an invitation to Mcycle’s Coaches Training Program, where we develop the technical skills, performance ability, and leadership mindset, and integration of the Mcycle class format required to represent the Mcycle brand at the highest level.
Our training process is intentional, immersive, and designed to elevate great potential into exceptional coaching.
