It's Time to Get Back at It – Let's Cycle (or Spin) Together

It has been an interesting 18 months, that's for sure. COVID has kept us on our toes since March 2020. From lockdowns to mask mandates and vaccinations, we all hoped it would be over by now. Well, there's no point in dwelling on past wishes. It is time to get back at it. It's time to start cycling together again.

Whether you call it indoor cycling or spinning, our class schedule is gradually returning to normal. Our instructors are ready and raring to go. Class slots are filling up as well, so it's important that you get in on the party if you've ever been inclined to take in-person classes at Mcycle.

Our Classes Are Formatted

We get the fact that you can ride your stationary bike at home. In fact, we encourage you to do that. But there is something to be said about taking an organized class. First and foremost, classes are formatted by experienced instructors who know how to work with cyclists of all skill levels. Our classes are formatted with:

  • appropriate music

  • level-specific choreography

  • routines targeting specific priorities.

Our goal is to give you the best possible workout in the time you have allotted for indoor cycling. Here at Mcycle, we have created a culture of spinning with a purpose. We want you to be part of that culture.

Spinning Is Fantastic Exercise

Above and beyond organized classes, spinning is great exercise for men and women of all ages. It is high intensity exercise in the sense that you get a great cardio workout in a short amount of time. It is also low impact, meaning it doesn't put a tremendous amount of stress on your joints. Could there be a better combination?

If you are interested in learning about all the health benefits of indoor cycling, take a few minutes and check out the rest of our blog posts. Several of our posts cover things such as weight loss, mental and emotional well-being, and even exercising the brain.

We Make It Enjoyable and Productive

If you find that spinning at home is drudgery, in-person classes might be just the thing you need. We make spinning enjoyable and productive at the same time. We do it through a combination of:

  • Culture – We believe the right culture is conducive to actually wanting to exercise. We trust our culture encourages students to come back time and again.

  • Interaction – We believe people are more willing to exercise when they can combine it with social interaction. Getting together with other spinners is a wonderful way to make friends, encourage one another, and provide accountability.

  • Music – The music we choose is not just for entertainment, although that is not a bad thing. Music choices are also intended to motivate. By combining appropriate music with well-planned routines, we help our students get more from each spinning class.

We like to think we employ some of the best indoor cycling instructors in Salt Lake City. If you are like most of our students, you will develop relationships with your instructors, relationships you'll value for a lifetime. Your favorite instructors will be key to your success as they teach you, motivate you, and push you to be your best.

COVID has had its day in the sun. That day is long over. It is time for us to take our lives back in a definitive and future-altering way. It's time for us to get back at it and start cycling together again. If you're up for it, check our schedule for upcoming classes.
